Write up how to add these as github badges

We want to add these as github badges.

how -- What do we need to do to get there?

What we are looking for:

1. Step-by-step instructions (broadly) for what we need for this to happen.
2. Are there checks that we can't do?

• Lets start with a (1) simple 1/0 error and a (2) nominal error.
• Pick one of each and run with that.

Where we stand:

This currently works 1/0, expanding beyond (a) 1/0 and (b) failing and passing of the action is much more complex.

for now we want to re-name the badge so that it implies that the code was evaluated, not that it passed.

Future work: is to redo the error handling and badges to allow for framing errors and warnings in a more sophisticated way.
