BudgetCommand Sequence

In the BudgetCommand Sequence section, the sequence diagram is as shown:

Some of the provided conditions in the alternate frame are clashing with the activation bar, thus making it difficult to read and understand.

We feel that it is quite easy to read the conditions.

However, it is still deemed as a cosmetic bug as the conditions in the frame can be shown in a clearer manner to prevent inconvenience from the user. As a user, I need to go close to the screen to read the conditions.

Thus, I believe the bug severity should be VeryLow.
