Cannot edit pages or posts.

I have disabled all plugins and tied 4 themes. If I try to create a post or page, I get an error: "The editor has encountered an unexpected error."

ABT Version: 5.2.1

PHP Version: 7.2

Theme: Panoramic but it fails with all 4 themes I have tried

Plugin List: I have deactivated them all and it still fails.

Browser: Google Chrome (Version: xxx)

Expected behavior: Open the editor and instead I get the error: The editor has encountered an unexpected error.
