Plugin causes page width to be squeezed

Expected behavior: In LearnDash lesson or topic page, I expect it to display normally when I use the ABT plugin to insert citation.

Actual behavior: The plugin does what is expected except the lesson page display incorrectly on the front-end (page width got squeezed)

Appreciate any feedback on this please.

Really have no idea why this could be happening other than maybe your theme uses the same css selectors that I do.

Unfortunately short on time to dig into this further in the near future.
