crashes every time, does not work #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed program
2. Immediately closes and will not work
3. Have reinstalled several times to no avail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have found no solution

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Win XP
Please provide any additional information below.

Your solution is looking for some missing references. Either distribute them in 
your project or set Specific Version property to false (under reference list).
I copied these references into your project folder (C:\Program 
Files\GContactSync) and it worked.
