contacts first and last name #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sync with gmail overwriting outlook

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i thought it would sync contacts at least first and last name but it only 
pulled over email addresses?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
outlook 2007 windows 7 ultimate 64bit
