The program has synchronized 24 items randomly out of 152. There are no errors reported and I can't find any reason why those particular contacts are synchronized, and others are not.

Same problem. 

I could find a resolution for some of the contacts by adding country 
information to the contacts in Outlook. But this didn't help for all 
unsynchronized contacts.

There must be a field in Outlook that must not be empty or must have a certain 
value which I haven't found yet.

New contacts created in in Outlook are generally not synchronized.

New contacts created in Gcontactsynch are.

Same thing happens when I change information.

The error can be repeated.

I have 430 contacts of which initially only 165 were synchronized between 
outlook 2007 and google. On subsequent syncs, the number dropped to 163 despite 
no adds/deletes/edits to the contacts in outlook.

I should add that the sync log does show that the program recognizes that there 
are 430 contacts in outlook however it also says that it is syncing them from 
google to outlook and not the other way around, then it goes straight into a 
second sync effort where it shows that it is syncing 163 contacts from outlook 
to google. Very strange!

I'm having the same issue. 5 out of 143 were synced, but the session log shows 
143 synced from google to outlook.
