Q: Plugins get a nice fancy "Plugin Updates Available" window. Why not the loader too?

A: The loader's update UI came first, someone just needs to spruce it up a bit!

Done, the loader now has an actual dialog window for when new updates are available... Also the auto update system now syncs ALL files located in the "/Installer/" folder of the master branch for the project repo.
