First upload of stable branch, 2.01 #1

Finally uploaded my work for building Musl-LFS (MLFS) for i686.

Build (i686-MLFS-linux-musl) was done under a i686-LFS-linux-gnu (Glibc) host. Although another build (i686-MLFS-linux-musl) under a previous built host (i686-MLFS-linux-musl) seems to require additional adjustments. Hopefully in stable-3.00, build instructions will stay the same under a Glibc Host or a previously build MLFS host.

Also included 'build receipes" to build BLFS packages to build Xorg and FireFox.

Due to working on 2 different laptops for this project, my build logs got jumbled. I apologize if the posted receipes break or have a few typos. I will make sure in branch stable-3.00 all that is posted was tested to work.

As a heads up, next branch, 3.00, will be based on packages used in LFS-8.3 (SysVinit).
