Remove .*.cmd files when installing headers to cross-tools at 1-kernel_headers.

Fix file name at 2-bintuils.

mv 2-bintuils 2-binutils

Fix file name at 2-bintuils.

mv 2-bintuils 2-binutils

"Align" mv command calls and remove CXXFLAGS redeclaring at 3-gcc_static.

Remove "joker" (*) when rm'ing broken link at 4-musl.

Unless that it had a reason to be generalized, i think it's safer to just say exactly the filename.
