Create a "Wordpress dev in 5 minutes" guide. Video, blog, or whatever form. Something that'll describe the following:

How/where a theme is installed
How to add custom stylesheets/php/javascript
Development with a shared code base and shared database will work

Please any work in a sub-folder under the following participant_onboarding
