Hi,
I've just uploaded the temperature data for 1d.
Cheers, Dan

Thank you for sharing, it helped me a lot. I have another question, For temperature response curves, what is the moisture potential? For moisture potential, what is the temperature? thank you!

For the temperature gradient, the matric potential was help constant at -0.5 MPa (the default for unadjusted agar). For the moisture gradient, the temperature was held at 22oC.
Hello, I want to ask what is the relationship between "Matric pot" and moisture
Thank you for sharing, it helped my team a lot. I want to know if 'Growth rate' and 'Hyphal extension rate' in the name list are the same thing or not? I also want to know what are the temperature condition and the moisture condition behind Hyphal extension rate in the data? Thank you!
