Create a list of topic ideas and link to that from the main site. #19

Are there a few sites we could draw ideas from? We could make this more of a stream of ideas that are trending in the JS community.

It would just require we identify a few endpoints to draw that data from. Ie. Twitter, Hackernoon, Medium, etc...
