Branch - PocSensorReading

We need another Poc page test section for reading live data from a sensor.
We need a button that retrieves a current reading from a sensor.
We need to organize the Poc page to look a little cleaner. Maybe a table?

These additions will be added to the base GPIO library wrapper.

We could add this on the manage page too, just another column.

Done. Added a table for POC and the readings and toggle look good there now. Faisal also added the GPIO library abstraction layer at some point so this story is complete.
