How come you have put andreas and your supervisor as "to whom correspondence should be addressed" but then given our emails as "contact"? #1

I will need also to add my supervisor (Robert Glen). Where should he go? Usually he is always last author but since we are sharing authorship, I don't know if he will instist this time. Would you and your supervisor mind if we put him as last author?

I do not know if Andreas and Therese will mind, but if he is honest, he has not done much as far as I know. At least not more than Therese and Andreas for sure.
