Lots of new features and improvements (Meal Bolus, Custom Actions and more)

In short:

Remote bolus + meals

• Add Bolus possibility in Meal view (No calculations yet, just field to manualy enter bolus).
• Guardrails and 2 step confirmation (Confirmation Alert + FaceID/TouchID/Passcode) required when meal contains bolus, when no bolus is added, only yes/cancel confirmation is required
• Both maxBolus and maxCarbs guardrails applies to entries in meal view
• Send meal button changes to Send meal and bolus if bolus field is >0
• Meal string sent over sms changes to include or not include _Bolus_x.x on the end if Bolus Actions is shown/hidden in settings

Custom Actions

• Add Custom action view controller (to be able to send any kind of sms commands, for instance popular meals presets "ie McDonalds dinner -> That in the receiving phone triggers registration of "carbs, fat, protein, enacts bolus and activates an override"

Settings

• Overrides, temp targets and custom actions are user customizable in remote settings. Text entries separated by , (Example: Custom action 1, Custom action 2, Custom action 3) and so on

Known issue (workaround exists)

• Custom actions and Bolus actions (including buttons on remote main screen and bolus entry field in meal view) is possible to show/hide with switch in remote settings. Defaults to hide. (Known issue: When changing state the app needs to be force restarted to be able to read updated state for which buttons to show on the remote home screen)

I personally like the more traditional button options with the green sliders :) That is a matter of personal preference though probably. The gray options look more like sub-menu selections to me than on/off switches.

We can look at the "Alarms" tab in LoopFollow as an example, actually. It uses the gray tappable view for things like "Urgent Low" or "Low" or High" and these are actually more like sub-menu selections, that load the alarm detail screens down below it.

Then for the on/off switches, the traditional toggle is used.

I left comments on the wording/phrasing and potentially reversing (default = off) the logic for the advanced features (bolus) in settings as well - separate issue.

Yeah, as mentioned in the other issue I agree with you that the show/hide should be reversed. This was a test to just change the buttons to segment buttons instead of reversing the code logic. But Lets bring back the buttons and make Show Bolus/Custom Actions the on-state. Its on the todo list now
