Fix minor and major bugfixes in the whole project

Add assignment query to task (to view navigation panel) when come from assignment list
Move locale from cookies to local storage, because for some reason locale from cookies stops working
Update Simple Upload Adapter of CKEditor5
Now max-age for auth tokens in cookie come from backend
