Could I be added as a collaborator/co-leader of the project to review and commit code? I have an idea on how this could be done (opening PR soon) and I'd like to help manage the designer creation. I could also help port code from newer releases of Eto.Forms to Eto Designer.

Alright! I'm actually thinking of Forking Eto and contributing somewhat to this.
