2 fixes :

fix package generation which should use qualifiedName (compared to jdk8 .name() which points to full package name on packageElement)
fix typevariable not printed on nodes

Made 2 new commits

one to fix your comment as suggested
another one to fix UML(Note)Options classes that were unqualified and not found on classpath to apply options : this fix makes UMLGraph Javadoc graphs looks like the previous version
