Fix CI CLI invocation and typo on documentation. #7

Fix documentation files that remain in the old format of alexandria3k and not a3k. Specifically:

  1. Add to bin/update-python-api and docs/rev.rst, wherever was needed a3k.
  2. Fix typo in dev-plugin.rst. Although automagically would do the trick as well. =)

Thank you for working on this! I'm a bit confused regarding the contents of this PR. I see two commits. I can't understand why 6cd9c9b is needed. You shouldn't need to "clean commit history". Also, 6f4c1bd appears empty to me. Please issue your PR with a single commit that fixes the specific issue you want to fix. You can see the commit's contents with the git show command.
