Add instructions for a smoother installation of Vivado 2021.2 on Ubuntu 20.04

Thanks @CSChisholm for putting your findings together. I am not merging it for now because of other compatibility issues I encountered between Vivado 2021.2 and earlier versions (under which this tutorial was developed). Instead, I have updated the doc to specifically mention the last version under which this tutorial has been tested.
