Validation visualization/integration into the custom callback;

I tweaked a few hyperparameters which later where replaced by hyperparameter tuning. Thats why we decided to not split the whole pull request.

I moved the callbacks to its own file and also added it with the flag "save_last_only" to task_hpo.py.

For the visualization "evaluation.py" was created.
