Add Czech translations + support multiple plurals #42

Hi there!

First of all, thanks so much for making this theme. It's minimalistic yet has everything I need! (math support, dark mode)

I made Czech translations and also a small modification to allow for multiple plurals in i18n translations (in some langs, the noun for depends on the number before it).

Thanks for your contribution! 😉 Regarding the multiple plurals, perhaps the Portuguese(pt-pt) should also apply. But since it was translated by others and I don't know anything about the language, I will just keep that for the time being.

Thanks for merging! Yeah, it is relevant for other langs (at the very least the "one" form), but I didn't want to mess with them.
