Further testing and validation #8

This issue will be used to track testing and validation.

[x] (added on 2020-03-03) Add new test files to extend coverage
[x] Multi-platform validation: export Windows COM and CAPI results and compare them on Linux
[x] ~~Finish and publish the DSS-PM vs DSS-classic validation. Not a single issue found so far but this will be useful for tracking issues that may show up later.~~ Dropped
[ ] Automated testing after a commit? ...

Automated testing after a commit?

There is already some testing in most subprojects. For a full solution, we need to trigger builds and testing across repos, propagating changes from e.g. DSS C-API, dss_python_backend, etc.
