I love it, fantastic job, @mrparker909! I particularly liked the part where you explain how this dimensionality reduction can be useful when we start map or regress other variable on it.

I am very grateful for all the annotation to the code, that would come handy.

What this implemented in RStudio?

Thanks @andkov! I ran all of the python code in the Pycharm IDE, but I think it might be worth while to set it up to run in RStudio for next time. I will look into it. I know that the R package "reticulate" is useful for this.
