Geocode YMCA location files #20

Nick has a file with names and addresses in hand.

File is located in ./data/ymca-links/YMCA_Site_Locations_Geocoded.dbf.

Lots of extraneous fields, but X and Y are long and lat. Note that dbf file format compresses the field length to 8 characters. In this file, "BusinessUn" should be "BusinessUnit_Center" (which is the site indicated in the raw data) and "Business_1" is the field I constructed with a recoded site value (with names from their locations website - http://www.ymcachicago.org/locations/#).
