Incorporate Rebalancing in Validation Script #58

We see that the numbers are not great for one hour. This may be due to rebalancing. Check whether we are off by +- 10 bikes due to rebalancing or not.

@PlusTheMonk, if I recall we both did this independently. Did we end up picking one? If so, please close the commit. =)
