New section on Advanced git
contains gitflow, branching, merging, PRs
contains useful commands on push, pull, discard changes and diff
contains a suggested teaching agenda
Replaces the old "git_continued" session. Any additional content from that file has been integrated here.

Why the idea directory pop up again? (This is one of the reasons I don't like pycharm)

What do you think about add a little example of git stash? Or do you think that is too advanced?

The idea files have been removed as part of this PR. They managed to get in 2-3 PRs ago because Rayid merged my PR before I got to address the comment to gitignore the idea files.

I like your idea on git stash and have added a section.
