Change 'ptype' field of remaining IHS models to be a FK to PropertyTypes model #39

Inspired by #38, the rest of the IHS data files also refer to the numeric property type using the same encoding. Might as well change these integer fields to ForeignKey fields for referential integrity in the database. Low priority.
