Understand what addresses are in the AddressPoint table. #42

1060 W Addison, for example, seems to be missing even though it's a valid address and has an entry in the assessor table. (PIN = 14-20-227-001-0000).

A number of the vacant property addresses in the 311 reports also aren't present, such as 1718 W Division. Maybe it's only valid mailing addresses? The odd thing about 1060 W Addison is that it shows up on the property tax portal, which you'd think would mean the county knew about it. (Also it's Wrigley Field, jeez!)

This will have to be ironed out by County GIS, or by SmartChicago as they take this data set public.
