update README for configuration #117

The README doesn't describe how to modify the configuration options, e.g. it doesn't say how to change the default project name (it's in controller.py).

Or, better yet, move those to a config file

another example: example_users.json is the file for user profiles. The README doesn't explain that. (Ideally, Tyra would use users.json instead, leaving example_users.json for demonstration purposes only)
