Fix install steps #36

Put Initial setup in list of initial install steps. First time I tried to use tyra was unsuccessful because I hadn't installed the requirements and didn't realize they were there

I think what we're going to do here is start checking in output.js into the repository again. The front-end dev setup is for people who are going to be doing development, but the app should be usable without node.
