This PR handles multiple features:

Revamp database management for the DB to be usable outside a UI context
Add a setting to manage the download directory
Remove the unmaintained https://github.com/kaushikgodhani/vocsy_epub_viewer, and related code
Update all other dependencies so the app can build on the latest flutter version
Update the README for the Android builds to be reproducible
Fix some macOS-related issues (note the app isn't fully functionnal yet, I might get to it or might not)

Hi! Everything has been tested locally (I'm using a Pixel 8 Pro, which runs Android API version 35). I didn't notice any issue while debugging, but there's still a possibility I may have missed something
