SMCPHDInitiator: A particle initiator that initiates tracks using a SMCPHD Predictor/Updater pairParticleGaussianInitiator: A wrapper that convertsParticleStatebased tracks toGaussianStatebased equivalents.Here is a gist that demonstrates both classes in action.
