`Plotterly.plot_measurements` ability to differentiate the clutter and detections colors and symbol from different sensors #984

As discussed in #875 : at the moment there is not an easy way to plot clutter and detections in different shapes or colors from different sensors (example) using Plotterly.

In #875 @sdhiscocks proposed a work-around that works, however it is a bit verbose.
