What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Raspberry Pi 512mb RAM
2. 13" 1366x768 monitor connected with HDMI
3. piMame image .70

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
screen on games to stay within the boarders of the monitor. Getting an over
stretching past the boarders, can see at the top/bottom for sure

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I believe the latest version

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried messing with the vector_height/width numbers, but not sure if that
is where I should be doing that. I'm made changed to the config.txt by
adding/removing overscan support and setting the resolutions for the pi through
there with no changed within Mame4All.

the display_border was set to 0, once I changed this to 24 in the mame.cfg it
corrected my problem.
