More descriptive output for testSD.py #34

Hey @bioSandMan ,

I was curious if you could print out the commands that failed while running make test?

I added some speed ups and RC stuff - however, now the test is failing. I would like be able to see what command failed so I can parse the inputs and outputs.

Okay, I added a short description upon failure that will tell you what the command line was.
