TypeScript template

[MrFoxPro]

Added Typescript template:

• All project was rewritten to TypeScript, but some classes need to refactor
• Webpack cofigured to work with TypeScript
• Added simple template.json and .nuspec files. I dont know exactly what they should look like, please check them directly.

I successfully compiled template and checked it on new project, its works well on my machine I also think that maybe I made mistakes when creating typings, I'll check it later!

Thanks; I'm going to accept this to master, but this will probably need some more polishing before it can be published.
