Here is the only fix you need
Also, please disable this option under Debug->Options->Suppress JIT optimization on module load (Managed only), And turn off the “Enable Just My Code” in the Debugging General Options and see.
This resolved it for me but I still think your library should handle this without all the extra steps.
CSProj files have been updated to enable SourceLink in your nuget
