Playtest armies #12

Any chance we could have a section for conceptual playtest armies? I'd like to add the Fimir and Halflings to make army construction easier for playtesting.

I'd be happy to send you a CL if you are ok with it.

I don't want to get involved in that sort of list. They change far too often and amount to nothing more than an author's pipe dream the majority of the time, with no playtesting or even a built army to back them up. Those that do the work and get widespread community adoption will see their lists make it into Rev or some other incarnation, I'll add them then if there's enough demand.
