Add editing options to course/id view #101

Right now course/{id} view (e.g. https://play.dsv.su.se/course/7006) only lists presentations that belong to that course instace. It would be very helpful to add editing links to this view, so a user can easily edit all presentations related to that course. Also, it would be consistent since this view is linked to 'Manage courses' list:
