Bulk video editing #49

It would be nice to be able to edit videos in bulk, i.e. assign a new course manager, give permissions, etc. (in Mediasite we could use folder concept, now we would have to edit each video)

This corresponds to issue #57, right?

@orkit Yes, if we implemented course-level permissions, we probably wouldn't need this for the time being. These are two different approaches (single presentations in bulk and course level), and #57 seems to be a saner one.

I think I need to re-open this because it's now clear that it should be possible to perform various actions on a given set of presentations. Say, you want to assign a number of presentations to another course instance, or to tag them, which would be annoying to do one by one. It might be hard to implement at the moment, but it still should be on the to-do list, I think.
