Convert mediasite slides into a video stream #53

Sometimes mediasite presentations have slides content that is not present in any of the video streams, therefore we need to convert them into a new stream. The slides are already passed to play-store along with the video package (14aabb38fa13eceb2c1f544a03f19f22aada7c95), so a backend job is needed.
