Map: distinguish different types of lack of data

Sometimes, data is lacking and cannot be plotted. How to make sure this is clear in the plot?

• Species was not observed in the catch.
• Species was not observed in the catch because it was specifically ignored (Cruise_objective incomplete or focus).
• Species was observed but not counted, or no density, or no biomass could be determined (value NA).
