MAP: Error in Amphiura data #39

Presence absence (all other filter inactive) of Amphiura f. gives error in map. Check what happens here.

I think I solved this. In subsetting based on datatype I first check if there is data in the input (nrow > 0). Play around some more to check if it continues to work.
