运行报错Diff

运行之后报错 diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation. 怎么调啊?

run了之后就这样了 [!] Unable to satisfy the following requirements:

• MJRefresh (= 3.1.9) required by Podfile
• MJRefresh (= 3.1.9) required by Podfile.lock

None of your spec sources contain a spec satisfying the dependency: MJRefresh (= 3.1.9).

You have either:

• out-of-date source repos which you can update with pod repo update.
• mistyped the name or version.
• not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile.

Note: as of CocoaPods 1.0, pod repo update does not happen on pod install by default.
