Add two python files a.py and b.py

The file a.py has 10 definition x1 = <some-literal-constant>, x2, etc. where each <some-literal-constant> is some different random literal constant between 1000 and 2000
The file b.py has 10 literal x1 = <a literal-which-is-the-literal-constant-for-x1-in-a.py-plus-10>, x2 etc. Do not use + 10 but rather write the actual literals, and do not import anything from file a.py

Do not suggest any values for the literal constants in the spec or the plan.
