Elves [FD] boot order should have the System Disk first, not last #3

To get Elves [FD] to boot, you need to move the System Disk from last place to the first in the gamesdb.txt file.

While switching the order in gamesdb.txt for Elves [FD] fixes the issue for that ROM, it appears there are other ROMs with a similar boot order issue but where switching the order in gamesdb.txt does not fix the issue. For example, for Zoku Wedding Bell wa... the User Boot Disk needs to be used to boot, but switching that to be the first disc in gamesdb.txt does not fix the issue with getting a black screen asking for boot media when running it through AHK. I know this is the disk that needs to be booted off of, though, because if within the emulator I manually add this disk in the first floppy drive and reset the emulator, the game works fine. Am I missing something obvious here? Does it have something to do with how FDI is treated in the script (as opposed to HDM for Elves)?
