Making MiddlePath Configurable #10

Making configurable middle path for karma html reporter. Trying to enter in the path in the browser with all the chrome version numbers ..etc is annoying as heck. Allow a user to make the path completely configurable and easily accessible.

Should the version be bumped? Also I can do another pull with the Readme.md updated.
