Where can I found the dataset used in 1_CropImage.ipynb #1

I wanna try to run a 1_CropImage.ipynb

I found the cropped image dataset in here(https://zenodo.org/record/3745864).

But I couldn't find tiff file used in the notebook.

Could you tell me where can download that?

Thanks for getting interested in our work. Unfortunately, we have not yet uploaded the whole bunch of original tiff files anywhere (should be able to do it soon), but please find just a part of them here for the moment: https://zenodo.org/record/3825945 "HeLa_Hoechst_GM130_CENP-F.zip" is the one.

Quite beautiful 3ch fluorescent images! (No bright field channel?)

Successfully processed a tiff file.
